In this privacy notice, we describe how we, the No Meat Factory Inc., 9622 Hill Drive, Coldstream, BC V1B 3C8, Canada (“No Meat Factory” or “we” or “us”) collect, use, and share your personal data when you visit our website or use our related services and which rights you have in connection with the processing of your data.
We, at the No Meat Factory, believe in the protection of personal data as a fundamental right and take your privacy and the security of your data very seriously and only use your data to the extent permitted by law. We ensure high standards of data protection in all jurisdictions in which we operate. In doing so, we also comply with laws applicable in the country where you are located at the relevant time. We only use and/or disclose sensitive personal information as permitted under California privacy law (CCPA Regulations, Section 7027). We do not collect or process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about any individual.
Note that we do not use algorithms or profiling to make any decisions that would affect you.
III. No Meat Factory’s sharing of personal data
We do not sell or share your personal data and have not done so in the last 12 months. We do not process your personal data for the purpose of targeted advertising.
We may disclose your personal data to Service Providers that perform certain tasks on our behalf, such as hosting our website, processing or storing data in connection with the use of our services, and delivering products to customers. All service providers are obligated to handle personal data consistent with this privacy policy and according to our instructions. They cannot use the personal data we share for their own purposes and must delete or return the personal data when requested.

We will probably verify your identity by asking you questions about your account (for example, your most recent order, invoice, or payment) or contacting you through an alternate channel but may, under applicable law, require additional proof of your identity. V. Children
No Meat Factory’s services are not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children under the age of 16 and have not done so within the last 12 months. We do not knowingly allow children to order our products, communicate with us, or use any of our online services. We do not knowingly sell the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. We will take reasonable measures designed to delete the information as required by applicable law and to not use such information for any purpose, except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required or permitted by law.
